The gift card will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout in the customer information section.
Can I use more than one gift card to make purchases?
Yes. For example, if you have two 50 euro gift cards, you can use them both by entering the codes at the checkout of our online store.
Can I send a gift card to a friend so they can use it?
Yes. For example, you can send the gift card you bought via e-mail to a friend or whoever you want.
Does the value of the gift card have to be used at once?
No. If you have a €100 gift card, for example, you can use €30 today and €70 a week from now.
Are there any restrictions on gift cards?
The digital gift card cannot be used to buy another gift card.
Is VAT paid on gift cards?
No, because Gift Cards are their own means of payment. There is no tax on gift cards, because the products/services purchased with them are subject to VAT.
