Warming up your feet before making the treatment will open the pores and the substances of the peat can affect with full effect. |  Dry your feet | Preparation and warming up the peat. The peat is worth warming up. You will need about 150 gram peat per foot. Put the peat into two plastic bags (one for each foot) and the bags into warm water.
