![]() Clean your face carefully. Apply a thick layer of peat on your face and neck (not near the eyes).
The peat can be used as warm as the roomtemperature or warmed up to act more efficient.
Peat, as warm as the room temperature, feels cool and therefore refreshing. It will reduce your skin pores and swelling. Warming up the peat to 40 degrees (C) makes it more efficient. Leave the peat on for about 15 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water. You don't need moisturizers because the peat itself moistens your skin. The peat mask is good for both dry and greasy skins. It's suitable also for atopic skin and acne. The skin can be a bit red after the mask because of the improved blood circulation. Facemask can be done once or twice a week. |
