Local treatment is used for curing rheumatism, weariness and sport injuries. Use cold peat in acute inflammations. It calms down the inflammation and speeds up the healing process of sport injuries.
To make the treatment more effective, warm up the peat to 44 degrees (C) and apply directly on the area to be treated. Cover the area with plastic and a blanket. The treatment lasts for 20 - 30 minutes. After it rinse off with pure lukewarm water, do not use soap. Relax for 30 minutes after the treatment and enjoy yourself!
