Curing peat is a 100% natural product

Lehto Peat is a pure Finnish product, which is dug from the marsh by hands and a shovel to prevent the consistency to break down. Only the best raw material is accepted as curing peat. This is ground to a fine mass instantly after being dug. The peat is not drained, nothing is added to it – only non-mouldered wooden pieces are taken away.

The therapeutic effect of the peat is based on the high temperature used during treatments, on the antiseptic effect of the peat itself and on activating effects of the biological elements.
